June 25, 1950: North Korea sends an invasion force into South Korea
June 25, 1950: The United Nations condemns the attack and makes a “police” force to try to protect the South Korea
September 26, 1950: The capital of Korea, Seoul, it taken by the United Nations
July 27, 1953: The UN, North Korea, and China agree to keep Korea separate and South Korea refuses to sign it.

The result was there was no real winner, and there were a few major effects. 2 of these major effects were many countries agreed to keep the two Koreas separate,
and North Korea is still a dictatorship today
