Throughout the program, students' abilities around career planning have been hugely increased. The most significant factor is that they have a better understanding of the job markets.Thus, they could effectively find out whether they are interested in these areas or not and be more clear about their goals and paths for future career developments. As long as students have a comprehensive overview about a certain field, they will be more confident in finding suitable roles and making their own decisions. The grade for industry knowledge progressed a lot but is still the lowest. We need to figure out how to help students know more about the detailed knowledge about specific industries.

The gap before and after the self-development part is relatively small. However, the average grade of this section is always the highest. Therefore, the outcome proves that students' sense of self-development is actually satisfactory but their growth in this part still can be improved. In the future we could shed lights on solving how to help students enhance their research skills and broaden their access to information during the mentor journey so that they could perform better under the support of diverse information.

The total grade shows the success of the mentor program. For the each 4 parts, the progress in students' self-evaluation is evident and balanced. Regarding the collected data, we can find out that the program did best in helping students know more about the characteristics of workplace in order to let them make sufficient preparation and appropriate decision. Moreover, in the post-program survey, there does not exist any "extreme" self-evaluated grade, which demonstrates students' growing confidence in their skills and progress. Apart from the advantages, we could put more efforts in strengthen students' communication skills, especially help them properly manage relationships and networking skills. What's more, although the career planning owns the biggest progress, the average value is the lowest, which means detailed information and industries' features need to be exposed to students.

Students' communication skills with seniority-levels seems to be highly improved. This may due to their closer connections with alumni help them become more confident of communicating with seniority and master skills and methods for communicating with people in the future workplace

We could see that after the program, students' outlook on career paths became more positive, and their ability to work in teams and in the workplace improved. However, they don't seem quite ready for entering the real workplace since they may lack the opportunity to experience or trial the real working environment.
