There are so many small businesses in Flatbush! I didn't realize how much. I love that there are so many West Indian spots to eat. I'm noticing a lot of new / renovated buildings & construction sites for residential properties. It worries me that that soon the neighborhood will become unrecognizable

In this image, you can see that there is a place called "Fast Break" and next to it is Dunkin Donuts. However, I have noticed on my walk that this place called "Fast Break" is no longer there. The reason why this is so significant is that another store that came after, is also no longer there. I've noticed that the stores that come here, do not stay for long and that is due to the high rent.

This is the 4 train station that I get on every weekday for school. I noticed that on my walks from the station to home and vice versa, there are fewer garbage cans. From the 7 minute walk that I take, I also realized that the only time I see a trash bag/can is in an open space which benches that are right behind the Mcdonalds. I hope to see more and more trash bins and see less trash on the floor.
