for the tourism, the advantages is we can give an idea to audience where to spend their time with family, friends and so on. audience can also relax their mind during the holiday. i suggest Melaka because it has many history place to visit. we also can share the top beach to the audience around Melaka. on the other hand, we also can show them water park there. besides that, the tourists can learn about our culture too.

if we talk about volunteering, it may require us to provide some money. but volunteering is wide, we can volunteering by clean our surrounding for example, collect trash at the beach.
volunteering have many advantages, first of all, volunteering connect you to others. it allows us to connect to our community. even helping out with the smallest task can make a difference. dedicating our time as a volunteer helps us make a new friends. volunteering also provides a sense of purpose, it can help to take your mind off your own worries by focusing on helping other people.
disadvantages,

advantages:
first,the location is already near with us.so we can save our money on transportation and accomodation since most of us lived at taman universiti.if we cannot compete the project in a day,we can come again for the next day.this project is done to give a better understanding on how do kids react when they meet stranger and how does the learning process took place.this is to give a better understanding about them.
disadvantages:

For the exercise, we can show some of demonstration such as aerobic, yoga and tai chi. we also can share some tips about healthy meals plan.
advantages : first of all, the location around batu pahat so easier for us to go and not costly. almost everyday people will come to tasik y to exercise, so easier for us to ask their help to show a demonstration. we also can interview student to know about their healthy lifestyle. the benefits of this programme are we can help people to control their weight, improves mood, boots energy and improves longevity.
disadvantage :

First, extreme sport usually be done by professionals but as a beginner we can also try this challenging sport as a great way of having fun. At Skytrex Melaka, they provide 3 level of difficulties with affordable price.
I suggest Skytrex Melaka because it is the nearest one from UTHM and we can go there by rent a car.
Advantages:
We can try new thrillings and adventurous games besides it helps us build our self confidence and motivation.Next, it provide us new experiences and give a sense of achievement in our life. By having this activity, we can also stay fit and energetic. Lastly, this sport can help us release our stress.
Disadvantages:
As we know, all extreme sports are quite dangerous. If we do not take the precaution steps carefully, we might face possibility of injuries and even could risk our life.
