He later received his Doctorate degree in theology from Northeast Baptist Bible College, he also served as Associate Pastor at Liberty Baptist Church in Indianapolis for over 12 years. Continuing his calling to help others, Dr. Mike Higgins is now the President and Executive Director of Hope International Ministries, where he has oversight of the Hope Thrift Stores located in Tampa and Clearwater, Florida.
