She takes a picture of one person in front of her camera and only focuses on them to show how everyone is their own person and unique in their own way. Often in her pictures, she has a dark outline border to magnify the focus on the individual in the portrait, in the pictures she takes anyway they are already focused on, she does this to emphasize individuality even further.
