If a change does not bring improvement, it be adjusted or abandoned. If the goal of a change is attention, awards, to meet personal preferences, or just for the sake of change, it is not meeting the purpose.</p><p><br/></p><p>If our institutional mission is to ensure high levels of learning for all, then all changes need to be made in pursuit of that goal, or the change needs to be reevaluated.</p>]]></description>
