So the students become familiar with all the theoretical necessary concepts and then they can expand their knowledge working with the black holes demonstrator, so they realize that what they just studied is truly used in real life by scientists.

Also, I would propose to work with the youngest ones with the Faulkes Telescope as there is one chapter in 7th grade dedicated to know the universe. I would use Stellarium to search for objects, I would ask them to search for information about the objects and then I would use the Faulkes Telescope to see the objects.
