We do not agree with skills & expertise as a strength as we feel more training is ways necessary to meet our students' needs.
We do not always feel like Admin is a strength (sorry) as admin doesn't always know what we do and what we need.... especially in the districts.

Being able to think outside the box when working with kids. We can come up with unique ways to help kids who are struggling with behaviors, mental health, trauma, etc to better meet them where they are at.

Parent barriers are common due to our "social work" title.
