Being we, in a time of change and transition of diverse political and pedagogical reforms, it is necessary to gauge the initial and continuous formation of teachers of regular education, about the curricular management with students with SEN as well as their beliefs and representations about the concept of school school is an organization that involves the growth and formation of our society; a social unit created and structured and an organization that has influence with the others, should be a place that promotes the efficiency and quality of the courses, challenging the students to work and do their best, helping them to overcome learning difficulties and / or disabilities in a timely and effective manner. It should, therefore, promote the efficiency and quality of educational pathways, promote integration, inclusion, mutual respect, active, cooperative and collaborative participation of all the professionals working in it, prescribing that collaborative work must be one of the foundations of inclusive school, as well as their families, involving families in the educational process of their students. For the implementation of an inclusive school the challenge continues to be to provide adequate pedagogical and therapeutic intervention to students with SEN in the context of a regular classroom and to disappoint those who continue to think that inclusive education is only about children with disabilities. The inclusive school encompasses the school population, which accepts difference and diversity for a celebration of the right to equal opportunities.
Positive interaction between students with and without SEN often depends on the attitude of the teacher - whether or not he is committed to inclusion, cooperates with the quality of the whole educational process.

This module has confirmed my believe that we need to build a synergy between all actors involved in the education: school (teachers), family (parents) and local community if we want to have success and good results for all students, not only SEN. At the end of this module I’m thinking about all the obstacles and problems I encounter when I enter my classroom. These problems are more of a technical nature, which is good as I know that the situation in my school is every day better. A few years ago there wasn’t a safe Internet access in my school, now there is, so I can use many useful tools to spice up my teaching and make it more interesting and fruitful for my students. I also realise that teaching staff in my school also needs more professional development so that we can collaborate and work more efficiently. I'm overwhelmed with the idea of coteaching with SPED. The trouble is that in my country high education system is not organized in that way- you are or are not SEN teacher. If you are, you teach all subjects in school or in whole classes for children with SEN. If you aren't, you can work at beginning as an assistent, but then the knowledge of that teacher is not suficient for me becouse he/she also lacks that type of education that I lack. But, on the bottom, it is better to have two approaches than one. Eventhough, in my country still the plan about educating and employing (read: paying the salary) of that people does not exist. But, there is hope for the future...

In this model I realized that it is not only in my school that parents are sometimes reluctant to admit that their child may have some difficulties. I can honestly admit that there are decent and quite effective support infrastructures in my school: there is a large number of support teachers, two reference teachers for SEN students,constant teacher training in SEN issues is in progress to provide appropriate tools and educational equipment to as many general teachers as possible. Collaboration between general and support teachers is a matter of sensibility, sensitivity and professionalism and this does not always work, but in most cases my colleagues general teachers cope with critical situations very effectively. In our system, the education system is not so organized. In elementary school education, some SEN students have individual support of special teachers, but in high school education in regular schools it does not exist. There is always room for improvement. This course has given me many new elements: first of all some legislative and regulatory aspects in the broader European spectrum, whereas I previously only knew Italian reality. Then, I consider very useful all the examples, the case studies, the projects that can be observed in this course. They are the starting point for many new activities. The most interesting thing is the change of paradigm that is offered. That is, putting yourself on the side of the child, looking at the learning process from the student's point of view, with his eyes!
I already wrote in the first module, however, from my point of view and I found confirmation of this by looking at Inclusive Education and Disability - Good Practices from around Europe, incluD-ed, 2012, the main question is how to teach the TEACHERS system , how to ensure that there is more training and change the perception that the teacher has of him, of the role of the life of the students. My main question today is: HOW TO MOTIVATE TEACHERS TO FORM HIMSELF!
Furthermore, the teacher, of class and support, also needs a very detailed specific training on the various disabilities and on the didactic aspects connected to them.
For example: very often we have students with DISPRASSIA, that is with a disorder of motor coordination but this is almost never recognized by the school and the child meets many difficulties in school progress and his motor difficulty is often understood as a little desire to work and his difficulties in emotional containment are confused with aggressive attitudes. The role of teacher collaboration (joint discussion, planning and reviewing ) and co-teaching remain as the most significant concepts from this Moduke as far as I am concerned. For one, because it seems to me that by means of collaboration and co-teaching teachers will become more efficient practitioners and will, at the same time, strenghen their role as facilitators of the students’ learning and success. For another, from the perpsective of the student, the presence of more than one teacher in the classroom , one who not only collaborates with the core teacher , but who also aids the students by posing questions that may aid their understanding and guide learnrng is an immense asset. Also, the fact that students get used to the presence of a number of people in the classroom is likely to add to their self-esteem and their sense of belonging for they will be in the care of professionals who asisit htem and provide for their needs.For students who have experienced the regular classroom, this “new” classroom may well constitute the safe atmosphere they need in order to develop and flourish.

In addition to the above, the potential underlying the involvement of the family in a way that will contribute to the learning and the consolidation and reinforcement of the education provided at the school and stands out as an optimal stategy,as it may bring the school and the family together as partners in education rather than opponents or enemies.

Getting to know about these novel ways of obtaining support from colleagues and the students’ family enabled me to achieve my learning goals for this module. Most importantly, the confirmation (by means of O’Reilly’s videos) that these new methodologies may be implemented successfully, while involving much work and effort on the part of the school and its whole staff, constitutes and additional perk.

To me, the question that remains is whether it will be possible to inspire and motivate my own setting to the adoption of these startegies and practices.

In this module I have found lots of answers to my doubts and difficulties: first of all I have had the proof that in the classroom, with all its complexities, cooperation among teachers is basically important. We need different and specialist teachers who can afford and manage the special needs coming out. Our government has recently "put inside" schools lots of teachers that do not have extra qualifications and are enrolled just to support all the school teaching staff , helping in extra activities or substituting missing teachers, sometimes even sitting in the staff room and waiting to be called by someone...

I believe that my country, Italy, as regards the inclusion of children with disabilities and special educational needs, is a country with two faces: the great inclusive culture: "the school is for everyone and for everyone", with the As the first among all European countries, it has stood out (in theory) and the difficulties encountered in school every day. The inclusive Italian culture has always been characterized by themes that have been developed and proposed as a reflection in the modules of this course: the flexibility and personalization of the paths, the collaboration and exchange of inclusive good practices, the openness to local resources (psycho-pedagogical team, meetings and exchanges with colleagues from other schools, continuous training and updating ...) welcome and continuous dialogue with parents.
The daily problems, however, clash with the low and insufficient number of support teachers, with the few and hasty meetings with the territorial teams (always very busy because the components are reduced in number and increases the number of children to follow ... do not have never time ...), with the refusal of so many parents of the special teacher for their children, with the increasing increase of children with problems of autism and behavior (often in large classes ...)
As far as I personally am concerned, I try to live the inclusive values referred to above in daily practice and not to be discouraged by difficulties

Each and everyone must hear and must be heard. It's like making a puzzle, in which every piece does matters. In this module, I've learned how important inclusion in the classroom is . The teaching resources and tools are so essential in the classroom.
