For example, “charisma/ intelligence/ self-confidence/ courageous etc. There would be some people who have these traits in-born, they can be leader more easily than others. However, a person who had a low self-confidence in the past can have high self-confidence by experiencing various work. Doing teamworks and presentations can be helpful to increase his self-confidence. Through these experiences, he can compensate for the shortcomings and make the potential to be a leader.
So I think it is possible for both in-born leaders and developed leaders.
