         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is stress ?<br>Stress is a state of mental fatigue caused by the demand for a much higher than normal performance.<br>Some examples of good and bad stress are :<br>Good:<br>•Act as a motivator <br>•Protect us from danger and credible fear <br>•Special date  <br><br>Bad:<mark><del><br></del></mark>•Distress <br>• Divorce <br>•Injury <br><br>Physical health side effects of stress:<br>Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it.</div><ul><li>Anxiety.</li><li>Restlessness.</li><li>Lack of motivation or focus.</li><li>Feeling overwhelmed.</li><li>Irritability or anger.</li></ul><div>Mental health side effects of stress:<br>Headaches, feelings of despair, lack of energy, sadness, nervousness, anger, irritability, trouble concentrating, memory problems, difficulty sleeping, disorders etc.<br><br>Social health side effects of stress:<br>Social support seems to affect our balance of hormones.
