Three years have passed since the Framework Act on Youth was implemented, but policies for young people are still controversial due to criticism that they are "populist policies" and interests in government agencies and the private sector.Secondly, it is necessary to clarify the structure of multidimensional inequality by region. Young people are in transition as adults, but it is difficult to enter the path again unless they enter the normal path of society required at a particular times.Third, we need to reinterpret the multidimensional inequality of young people from a democratic perspective. We should critically review the discourse that limits youth issues to economic and individual ability issues, expand from economic to democratic issues, and reinterpret the recent trend of fair discourse and meritocracy from the perspective of youth and democracy.
