We sure dto say everyone should go through the door in the same way and now I understand that everyone should be able to go into the door. Want an SOP to promote inclusion understanding that one SOP may not work for all. We need to understand that this may be new an d that we may be learning as we develop solutions. Once conversation does not fit all. How do we learn to have the conversation to make people feel l that we are hearing them. Not an exception but a rule

This country does not understand how to interpret child behavior in meaningful ways, much less put children at the center of conversations about belonging and in ways that acknowledge their intrinsic value. We absolutely do not value children who are not vary from expectations around "future workers"--and in fact, dignity is conferred when disabled children or adults are seen as contributing to the workforce.
