         <description><![CDATA[<p>Teenager minds have been seen as negative, not developed, and overall not as good which isn't totally true. When teens reinforce this they are more likely to believe this increasing their risk-behaviors. It is important to think of the teenage brain in more of a neutral way to eliminate the lower the negative influence that teens deal with.
