How pages cater to differentiated learning experiences?

1. For Logical and Sequential Learners: Content can be organised and then published in the form of a book

2 For Sociological Learners: Collaborating the work on iCloud, so that they work in groups and teams.

3. For Auditory Learners: Speak Text option provides option for this kind of learners.

4. For Visual Learners: We can have photos, Videos, Graphs and shapes to help the visual kind of learners.

5. For Kinesthetic Learners: The entire time the learners are engaged with the iPad.

6 Pages has Interactive graphs which can be used to show various sets of data and progress simultaneously

7. The comment option can be used to give feedback and track progress.

How can Pages help in peer to peer assessment?

English:

Planning template is given with the learning outcomes, flow and rubric for assessment

As learners progress they keep adding text images videos in the relevant section for their partners.

Assessment is then done through the data entered in a bar/pie chart

Then it is shared with the teacher through iCloud for final feedback

The teacher adds in her comments and shares with the students.

How can keynotes be used for formative and summative assessment

As a part of summative assessment by the end of a unit the kids will create a keynote presentation explaining their understanding. Teacher would pose specific question for difficult topics and kids have to create slides on them too

-Use a table for sampling different term results and gives the graphical representation of the progress of the student as compared to numerical ( which could be demotivating)

- Adding pictures / videos of proofs of peer interaction, leadership qualities and various other rubrics .

- Adding the student's best work. ( a snapshot/ video )
