If you are interested in chaperoning you will need to fill out the form.


A lottery will be held to choose parent chaperones.


Once chaperones are notified, they will register for the trip and their cost will be the same as the student cost.

Students will be given a pre-loaded debit card that they can use for purchases each day. This debit card is intended for students to use on a food/drink. They will be allotted $15-$20 for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is provided at the hotel each morning.


Students are encouraged to bring extra money with them for miscellaneous purchases, such as souvenirs and snacks.
