It improves the work efficiency. Example: use mirror manufacturing, products in great demand are produced faster than before.<br>2.Another useful principle is levels of performance, which establish the fair levels of performance and pay a premium for higher performance.It will enhance employees working interests. Example, one way the company has chosen to do this is through its Rewards and Recognition program, which highlights and compensates outstanding employees.This can motivate employees working positive attitudes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.Organisational behavior includes leadership, personality, power and etc.Leadership plays an important roles in a whole company. Organizational behavior can be used by managers and consultants to improve the performance  of a company.(such as getting abroad with vision ,feedback with employees etc.)Meanwhile, company should have their specific targets and roles that will be better to manage their employees.<br>2.It is essential for CEO or other top managers to understand OB. Because one of the organizational behavior's level is individual level, which involves organization psychology and understanding human behavior and incentives. Example, in Springs company, CEO recognized “motivate and reassure the employees that this company does have a future and we can grow and prosper&nbsp;"This level includes employees and managers need to encourage them and improve their interests to their work.</div>]]></description>
