Hello Mr D’ cruz. Thank you for being so authentic and true to yourself. I think that is 10x better than being someone you’re not. I really appreciate the wisdom and thoughts you share with all of us especially the ones that make us think and reflect. Today, your segment was really impactful to me because it really got me wondering what i could’ve done to make things not turn out the way they are now. Even though sometimes i mistake your way of teaching to be scolding, i now know that it isn’t like that and that you were just preventing the same situation you had from your OSLP from happening again. And yes it is so true that maybe if your teacher back then had shown a little care and concern, the situation would have been so much more different. Thank you for hearing all of us out and for seeing the best of us even when we aren’t always the best. I will cherish this OSLP trip and the photographs taken, i hope you will too. ❤️

hi mr lim, thank you for bringing a different perspective to our reflection today :) i really liked how we were able to reflect on the 4Gs and link it to what we have seen/observed over the past few days. i also found the venn diagram part very interesting because i never really thought of how history, culture and socio-economics linked together. it was really insightful to hear you share the things that you have observed too! thank you for looking out for all of us and trying to get to know us on a deeper level through short conversations during the small pockets of free time available. even though i wasn’t in your group, you would still ask if i was okay and that was very heartwarming :)

Hi Ms Yuni, thank u for being honest with me and guiding our entire group, thank u for taking feet pics with us and being really cool with it and also helping us with stuff and guiding us along the way. 🙏 your empathy and and kindness has been a guiding candle for us. Thank you for also taking care of me when I was sick on the 1st day of oslp 🙏 I'm so glad I got to get to meet you in this trip and got to know you more ❤️ and thank you for telling us stories and guiding our reflection nights where we are gently nudged to look more inside ourselves. Before we trip many of us thought that we know ourselves well but only now we realise we only scratched the surface of who we are. Thank you for helping my group shape their identity and get in touch with more of their heart. Hello Mr Dcruz ✊️ thank you for being our safety officer and making sure we stay safe and alive 🙏 also thank you for being honest with us about your life and stuff 🙏 I remember on our last reflection day I started tearing up cuz ur advice and like ur speech? was so beautiful and genuine and enriching and idk how to exactly describe it but it was something which made me think alot. I remember the night after the reflection i was struggling to sleep and was pacing around my room till like 1am and walked like around 3k steps in my room like in an hour cuz what u said about service and leadership really made me feel seen and it really excited me you know? Alot of us here have the desire to serve others and help people in need but are afraid to take the first step, but your reflection last night really made us motivated to take the first step in future endeavours. Thank you for telling us your personal stories and experiences too so that we can learn from you. Your wisdom has truly enlightened all of us and it really touched our hearts. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to grow in such a huge manner in the span of one week 🙏 it wouldn't have been possible without you and the rest of the teachers.
