- cleaning up our messes
- if you see someone's mess, and that someone in question is not there, clean it up.
- no drinks  or food near furniture or technology.
- paper on the ground? recycle.
- always put back items that are moved. 
- push in your chair when you move away from it.
- see a chair pushed out that is unattended? push it in.
