After his affirmation the doctors said that the cause of death of Mr. Nesbitt was suffocation in his own blood. After hearing these horrible news the court made Bobo Evan come in. Bobo explained his getover plan with King and Steve. The plan was that Steve would walk in look at the store for a bit and come out and give them the signal to go in. When they went in Mr.Nesbitt had his gun ready to fire Bobo who was getting the money then heard a gun shot. It was King who shot Mr.Nesbitt then killed him.
