1) The wells means that they will have clean water and they can build a new school. Nya and the others will not have to walk to get water anymore. Using this water, they can build new things and expand their village.

2) He thought about the Lost Boys and how he was able to deliver speeches to them to help them continue into their journey. He also thought about if he didn't talk about his project, then the project would never go through.

5) Nya herself is not real. Her story however, is real but it is crafted from interviews and interactions between the people Southern Sudan. She can now celebrate because there's water easily accessible to her nearby and she no longer has to face the hardships she did with clean water. 
2.) What helped Salva deliver his speech to the groups of people was all the Lost Boys back in Southern Sudan who were depending on him. He thought of how he had already talked infront of people and knew he needed to get his message out so people would donate for the people in Southern Sudan struggling for clean water.
5.) Nya is not a actual physical person but all the facts about her were true. 5.   Yes it is real because many girls suffer the same story and eventually get what they deserve, and because it is a story about Salva, and in the end it shows how Salva visits Nya's village in Sudan, and how he gives fresh water to their city. And before that she had to walk twice a day for 8 miles and getting dirty water.
