Another fun fact about me is that I love baking pound cakes and cookies. Baking is something I’ve been doing for a while, and it makes me happy. I also have a white pit/bully mix puppy named Kane. He was born last November, and he keeps me on my toes.

A social issue that’s really important to me is mental health awareness. I think a lot of people struggle but don’t always talk about it because they’re scared of being judged. One idea I think could help is making counseling and support groups more available and easy to access for students. Even just having a safe space to talk can make a huge difference in someone’s life.
