C. The colonist had many disadvantages in the war because they had less money and less trained soldiers.
D. The French join the war when the saw the colonies win the Battle of Saratoga.
E. The British surrender when they were blockaded by the French fleet in the Chesapeake Bay. B. The Constitution had reflected many of the ideas in the enlightenment, for example, the government had three branches Legislative, Executive, and the Judaical branch from the ideas of Montesquieu. The social contract of the agreement between the government and the people like Hobbes believed. Hobbes also believed in the state of nature that people are naturally greedy and selfish that is why we have limited rights.
