There are many negative elements attached to AI, customers distrust, financial issues, venerable customers, ect. The main topic I will be focused around is how to combine AI with human ethics for better engagement, whilst taking control of AI with empathy and transparency.

Noted quotes from article;
* Oxford Living Dictionary description of AI "The theory and development of computer systems able to perform tasks normally requiring human intelligence. Such as visual perception, speed recognition, decision making and translation between language"
* "AI's able to think but not feel"
* "Empathy is not a common operate trait"
* "If people believe a business does not have their best interest at heart, why would they believe their technology"
* "40% agree that AI has the potential to improve customer experience, services and interactions"
* "35% were concerned about machines overtaking their jobs"
* "Empathy is not about AI versus human race, its about using the best of what both have to offer"
* "Only 9% of respondents said that they were very comfortable with businesses using AI to interact with them"
* "Transparency is key to helping customers better understand how AI works"
* "For now, empathy is not about teaching machines to feel but rather, using AI and teaching it rules about ethics and empathy to determine the next best action"
* "Only humans can control how empathetic business systems are"

How Digital Marketeers can Leverage Artificial Intelligence

* Some opposing views (negative) - Info taken from researcher Bynder in the MarketingDive Article. Quote, "56% of marketeers think AI will negatively impact branding in 2020", "The 2020 state of branding report found that 56% of surveyed marketeers think it could negatively impact their brands".. Personally these statements seem far too broad to base an assumption/opinion. For instance, there is not given region of which the survey was taken, what was the age group of the marketeers, how many marketeers where surveyed, what could negatively impact their brands (AI isn't just speedy data analysis, is it diminishing creativity, reducing their jobs or impacting differentiation) and how experienced are these marketeers.
