I arrive at Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad at 7.40 am and i was require to make a report at 8 am in Department Human Resource. Puan Adila, was the person in charge at Department Human Resource give me briefing about the rule in the company, give me a card that will be access as well as punch card and also she give me form to filled in.

After that Puan Adila take me to Senior Manager of "Jabatan Pematuhan Bisnes" , Puan Rahimah give a simple briefing about the department. There are 3 existing unit in the "Jabatan Pematuhan Bisnes", "Unit Audit Dalam & Pematuhan Bisnes", "Unit Pematuhan ISO" and "Unit Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan". 

I was place under "Unit Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan". There is nothing much task i do in the first day. Puan Rahimah give me a task to do "Manual Procedur Kerja Jabatan Pematuhan Bisnes" and also editing her "Kertas Cadangan Memperkasakan Penjawatan Jabatan Pematuhan Bisnes".  So that's all for the first day my internship life, i hope tomorrow will went well.

The first task that I do is make a customer service phone call to know whether the customers is  satisfied about the services and actions taken by Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB). Most of the customer complain about leaking pipe, water pressure was low and  disruption of water supply. 

Next task I do was analysis in the Excel the phone call to know how much customer  satisfied or not satisfied with the action that have been taking by the SAMB. I was doing this analysis by making a comparison in 2013 to 2014 and 2015 to 2016. By doing this little task increase the knowledge in Microsoft Excel. 

The last thing that I do is sending the memo about meeting was postpone in other date to all head of department. It was fun because I can meet and talk to the people in the department and also I can know what department that SAMB have. That all i do for today, hope tomorrow i can learn a new thing that can improve my skill and knowledge

So SAMB want to  measure in customer service representatives.  By doing mystery shopper SAMB can make necessary corrections that raise the bar on customer satisfaction overall.

There's a lot of benefit if company doing mystery shopper. For example, The ability to see the business through customers’ eyes. There is no way to get this perspective from someone within the company as effectively. An accurate evaluation of customer service training. A mystery shopper will reveal whether the employees are learning the right customer service skills to give the company a positive impression with the customer. A comprehensive evaluation of customer service department.
