Its mission is to act as the voice of its members, and promote the diversity of Chinese students and scholars' life at RRU. Our main goal is to promote the understanding of Chinese culture and to foster and strengthen friendship between Chinese students and scholars and other societies both within and outside the RRU campus. International and Canadian students are warmly welcome to join our group. CSSA is the reason for us to get together and have fun. Our association also has contact with the Education Office of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Canada and also gets their support and guidance. We have a wonderful team and amazing activities every year. This is my last year at RRU, so I have to elect the next president to keep organizing the association. Set up a meeting about activity preparation 2, Make a list about the problem may happened, the three main problems I was consider are relationship with partner: Am i able to connect with others and build positive relationships? If I made mistakes how should I solve it nice and properly? The problem with followers: when followers have better ideas try to listen and reference value, if other people has better ideas I love to share my power and working with others together even being a follower (Daft, R. L. 2018. page 200). And the last one self problem: make sure control myself all the time, why emergency occurred trying to solve the problem instead of blame others (Daft, R. L. 2018. page 150). I will write down these three things and tell all the members remember these during organizing the event. 3, After the event, make a summary of the event.
