My interview was different from the others because no one did their project on someone from Colombia, and i didn't really know but i learned a little bit more about the person i interviewed. My project was also related to others' project because you're shy at first and its a little awkward asking questions but then you kinda get the jist of it.



In conclusion, what i've learned from the project is that Mr. Vivas studied hard in Colombia and went to college so that he could follow his dreams of becoming a teacher and later on become a teacher in the United States.

His name is Javier Vivas. He was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. He has two siblings, both boys. He has a wife. He came two years ago from Colombia with a student visa, and is going back to Colombia in three years.

While I was interviewing him I learned that Colombia isn't as bad as they portray it in the movies,shows and telenovelas. I also learned that you shouldn't judge a country based on what you see.or hear until you've actually visited or met someone from there. Bogota and Colombia in general is known for dealing with drug (Cocaine) and violence.(shootings) I also learned the hardships him and his family had to go through and that he just came here to give him and his family a better future.




In conclusion...
