         <description><![CDATA[<div>Recently the Brazilian president has been impeached&nbsp; this has led to the country collapsing, and extreme poverty the 10% of the richest&nbsp; people in Brazil hold&nbsp; 40% of the income in the entire country.&nbsp; Their is many more things&nbsp; that aren't being ran successfully like the school system  only wealthy families have access to the best schools and not the poverty community. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One thing that I found in research was that Brazil does not allow economic freedom. It only allows 56.6 % of economic freedom that is really low considering that the world average is 60.4% , it is regionally ranked 21 and 118 in the world. One thing that also makes the decisions harder for elected officials is bureaucracy. If Brazil's government allows economic freedom and less inflation on the prices sky rocketing every 3-4 months. `</div>]]></description>
