         <description><![CDATA[<div>The twitter chat I participated in took place on March 17th, 2018 from 7-8am (MST). Because it took place on St. Patrick's Day, they made it a St. Patrick's Day-themed chat! Many of the questions and discussions covered teaching experiences/practices for creating positive and beneficial teaching attitudes. </div>]]></description>

What event has recently happened in your school that depicts the 'luck of the Irish'?" <br><br>*In this tweet I refer to schools as "lucky" for having access to high-tech resources in order to fit the prompt, however, as I have reflected, I realize that accessibility is not "luck". There are usually factors such as financial privilege, school grants, funding, and other resources that allow accessibility for technology within schools, not "luck". </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I found the NETP document that we've been discussing this semester helpful during my twitter chat, especially when discussing the accessibility to technology within public education. Technology plays a crucial role in education, however, some schools have access while others don't which can make implementing technology a challenge. This document outlines the importance of using technology within the classroom, which is why it's a major issue that some schools have access to updated technology while others do not. </div>]]></description>
