<title>1. I would prefer two of them. But mostly I would prefer authentic materials. Since all the students have a coursebook, it is easy to use. However, ,my coursebook may be boring if I use it all the time. And it also has some boundaries. When I use my coursebook, I have to follow the context given. On the contrary, authentic materials give me a chance to set a new context. I can choose interesting topics and enjoyable tasks to do when I use authentic matearials. Furthermore, Students can hear different types of pronunciation. 2. Active listening would be useful in my class when I choose clear text and instructions. I also take my students&#39; levels and their interests into consideration. I can use visual supports. The speed of speech in the text also must be also clear and appropriate for their level. When I differentiate the tasks according to their level, it is more useful. </title>

<title>1. The most common problem is crowded classes. Since the classes are crowded, it is hard to reach all the students in 40 minutes. Motivation is also big problem. 2. I think they help me cope with my problems. First of all, I should set a positive enviroment before using correction techniques. Today I noticed that I need to focus on much more what correction techniques I use. I could vary my correction techniques. When making a group activity (especially in crowded classes) I must differentiate the tasks according to their levels. It&#39;s important to take students&#39; levels, interests into consideration when planning. Students also should be exposed to English. In addition, we can use some applications. For instance, Flipgrid provides real life connections, building confidence, self studies. It makes students feel relaxed and motivated. On the other hand, to improve the quality of an activity there were good suggestions. Modelling is very crucial to make an activity clear and doable. Real life content and giving enough time to do are also important aspects.I noticed today I could check my students whether they understand the activity or not. </title>

<title>1. I think Flipped classroom/learning is useful. It involves students in task and text easily. Also, it gives students responsibility to learn. In addition, It improves creativity and collaboration. Besides, it gives time to expand exercises in class. 2. At today&#39;s session there were many tasks that we can use. When categorizing the tasks in a correct way as pre/while/post, it improved the quality of tasks. Then, by differentiating the tasks we tried to reach all students. Furthermore, Flipped learning make me think again about how to prepare a lesson plan. Flipped learning is very crucial to make students motivated. It also helps teachers do different exercises and get students involved in exercises. At the last session of lesson, ICQ made me think about the instructions that I use before :) Wh questions would be more useful instead of using Yes/No questions to understand whether the instructions are clear or not.</title>

<title>1. Encouraging the students to write freely would be the most useful. Because they often worry about making mistakes. When we don&#39;t focus on accuracy, it would be easier for them. It also helps me set a comfortable enviroment. 2. I think writing approaches would be. Since there are many things to be known, they would be interested in. The activities we did yesterday were also very interesting. They make me think how i can use them in my PDC meeting. When focusing on the writing approaches in my PDC meeting, the things i learnt help me vary the activities.</title>

<title>1. While we were discussing with my group members in an activity, the idea from one of my partners was so interesting. She said that she used an application called YUMI. I think it helps me about digitalisation. Also, I can use that app as a flipped classroom activity. 2. I think my colleagues would want to discuss how to differentiate in a PDC meeting. I think the instructions in a freer/guided/controlled activity should be prioritised. For instance, it&#39;s important how differentiate in a controlled activity. It&#39;s important how to do a freer activity in order to practise the new structure.</title>

<title>1. It was about drilling. When Helen came to our table, she showed us how to teach the missing letter ( vegetable:) ). She went step by step to show how to spell correctly. She made me think about it. It was very effective. Also, using the word in a context is a good way to teach. 2. They can use vocabulary notebooks by doing word class. So, they can learn the meaning and the type of it. They can use the words in a context. It makes more memorable. They can use colours for each part. For instance, for adj. they can use red. </title>

<title>I think objectivity is the biggest problem in self assesment forms in my area. In my opinion, self assesment is the one of the most important assesments. It makes assesment more memorable. Also, it improves learners&#39; critical thinking skills. Besides, it is time saving. But objectivity makes me think about it. They may look at their friends&#39; answer. They may tell lies. 2. I think focusing on the only one of assesment type doesn&#39;t solve the problems. When varying assesments, it may be better. Sometimes we need time saving assesment, sometimes we have extra time. Sometimes we use more enyojable ones, sometimes clearer to reach the goals. I mean using only one of them whenever I want to assess is not a good idea in my opinion. Self/peer assesment help me solve the problems. But I shouldn&#39;t focus on only the self/peer assesment.</title>

<title>1. I think the greatest benefit of being in PDC is improving ourselves. Sharing experiences is also one the benefits. There are lots of things we can explore about teaching English. Every teacher has different experiences. When we meet, i see lots of areas i have to improve myself. 2. Actually i try to use some of them in my PDCs. I learnt lots of networks i can use in my PDCs. I can use them according to my PDC topic. I am sure that they help me a lot. Also, they make my PDCs more enjoyable. Breaking monotony wil be very important in my PDCs. 3. In today&#39;s session, i improved myself about how to write an outcome. At the end of the session, i had lots of new ideas about how to write an outcome. SMART helps me understand very well. When i write the outcomes very well and i answer all the questions in SMART, i am sure that planning a PDC meeting will be easier than I thought. That&#39;s why outcomes are very important at first. </title>
