It is great that Mark took the initiative and took the problem statements to SLT. It would be great to see how SLT is going to react to this and actually create a roadmap to display when and in what priority order they are going to work on the problem statements and be really transparent about things.

There is a real issue around BTS, the way they are structured is not helpful to moving projects forward. They need to be better integrated with the business and working for rather than against us.

It would be great to see some acknowledgement of the relatively dire straits we're in from beyond our leadership in PDDS.

I've personally found the endless crowing from our CEOs about how much we value staff well-being and happiness, whilst slashing budgets/headcount and refusing to invest in new technology has been ringing hollow for years. I know that people in my area just roll their eyes at these messages during town halls etc. because the coal face of it is VERY different.

The recent central emails about flexible working, taking care of ourselves, taking the time we need etc seem disingenuous when mapped against the situation in my team where we're snowed under with work. It just makes those sending the messages about 'self-care' appear insincere.
