EL department's expertise in the language can help in the training of pupil emcees. Opportunity to share our reading programmes with MT and to even have combined programmes to promote the love of languages.
2) PAM department can provide talents for illustrations, ideas or basic things to consider for game-based learning (PE). ICT taskforce can support departments in HBL/ blended learning.  
3) Structure SMT sharing of department plans with broader topics e.g. Growth Mindset/ Talk Moves - what do depts do/include? Have more inter-department sharing such as the ones during CPS Summit - Thinking Routines and Talk Moves. Have more purposeful use of shared learning spaces that pupils and teachers can use.
