A group called the Jacobins wanted to extend the Revolution beyond the French border. They amassed a tremendous 800,000 soldier army and purged the country of any internal enemies. Jacobsin leaders over saw about 40,000 executions during the span of the Revolution. This is blatant Terrorist activity, executing thousands of people instead of using other means like imprisonment.

(Worlds together Worlds Apart)

It made producing goods cheaper, faster and more reliably. It also started the manufacturing of new goods. This made the Strong Stronger and the Weak unable to fight back. The British and the French wanted to expand and did so without much trouble, setting up in India, Africa and the Middle East. The countries affected by this occupation would slowly grow restless for independence.

One is the act of forcing Spanish men into Labor jobs and even more into concentration camps. The bombing of London was also a civilian targeted attack which lasted almost a year. Italy also employed Poison gas, concentration camps and flame throwers in Ethiopia.

Fanon

Algeria

Fanon was a heavy advocate for Violence and thought there was no other way to gain Independence from another country. He did not shy away from any sort of violence in his writing "In its bare reality... the last can be the first only after a murderous and decisive confrontation...". It seems he thought that peaceful protest were a waste of time and only physical conflict was the way for progress. This way of thinking definitely inspires some to only seek ways of violence for answers, including acts of terror. If your not with me, your my enemy.
