• I have a Passion for football and developing players which means I can share the passion with the athletes and give them the best opportunity possible.

• I have good training methods and know how to get the best out of players which means I can give them the best opportunities and training to get them to the highest level that they can.

• I enjoy working with talented athletes and seeing their abilities which means I'll be positive in the workplace and people with enjoy going to training and improving themselves.

Weakness-

• Haven't played football at a high level for 3 years which means i may not have the latest best training methods and also might have lost my ability in playing.

• Age may be a big issue as I am young people may not trust my ability and have belief in my coaching.

• No football coaching qualifications is a weakness as i have no official qualifications which may put doubt into the employers.

opportunities-

• Applying for Football Coaching qualification.

• Shadowing experienced coaches so I can learn and get experience

• Volunteering at local clubs and getting used to coaching teams

Threats

• Competition, there is lots of other people who want this role who may have more experience or qualifications

• Lack of opportunity as there isnt many roles in clubs available for the amount of people who want to get into coaching

• Expenses, starting off it will be low level and therefore wont get payed very much meaning you have to finance equipment and training yourself

Measureable- Increase the teams win rate from the first year of working with them to the second year.

Achievable- This is a realistic goal if I really focus on enhancing the players and improve their teamwork and tactical development.

Relevant- This is relevant as it is linked to the coach wanting to create a successful team who can go on to achieve at high level.

Time bound- Achieve the higher win rate ratio by the end of the second year compared to the end of the first year.

Measureable- Finish the season in the top 3 in at least 3 of the seasons out of the 4

Achievable- This is definetely achievable with the right dedication from both me as the coach and from the players to continue their development as individuals an team work development.

Relevant- This is relevant as it demonstrates the improvement from the team and shows consistency from the squad to be successful under my leadership.

Time bound- Reach the 3 out of 4 season top 3 place by the end of the 5 years.

Measureable- Do it at least twice in the 5 year period with one league cup win in the 5 years.

Achievable- With a strong team built in the previous 5 years it is very achievable with the high level players we have and the tactical knowledge we have to help us continuously win games.

Relevant- Winning the league and cup shows great matter of success as a team which is relevant to know that the team have developed massively under the coach's training.

Time bound- We aim to achieve this goal by the end of the 10 years, 2 league titles and a League Cup.
