As a first year teacher, it is hard to find high quality instruction materials independently. What resources/websites do you suggest? 

It is also hard to find the line between having fun engaging lessons that students benefit from rather than just having fun. During covid, we started staggering student arrival time and found that having them come in during those 25 minutes has allowed us some great time to get to know our students. I’ve had more meaningful conversations with them in the past two years than I was ever able to.
