Check the website for practice tracks, sheet music, and sight-reading requirements.

The Maryland All State Chorus audition process is different this year. The Junior & Senior Chorus auditions will be in-person at multiple locations throughout the state. These locations will be announced soon. 

If you are interested in auditioning, start listening to the practice tracks and learn the music NOW! Auditions won't be until October, BUT if you learn the notes and rhythms now you can focus on vocal technique and artistry sooner!

This year, HCPSS is partnering with Peabody Children’s Chorus to offer FREE All-State Chorus Audition Workshops. These workshops will be held at Mt. Hebron HS and are open to all MS and HS students in HCPSS. At the workshops, you will warm-ups, learn your audition music, practice sight reading skills, and learn to navigate the MMEA website to find practice tracks and other helpful information. At your final workshop, you will even have the opportunity to have a mock audition to practice before the big day.
