It is no better or worse than the individual links, but some people like to see things in isolation while others like to see a more comprehensive view. Please check out one of these online resources as a form of self growth, reflection, and learning. 
Keep in mind, we expect our students to be continual learners, so we must model that mentality. Whenever I found a really useful training, I would attend it at least twice to really learn from it. Whenever I found a really boring and seemingly unusefull training, I would try to find something that I could take from it and manipulate to work in my classroom or to change my line of thinking.
