I have been wanting a poem book lately so this was a great surprise. My favorite poem, The Unicorn, is so funny and it's a good explanation why no one sees unicorns anymore! I like to put it in my bag to read when I go places because there are so many poems and it keeps me occupied. I love it when poems rhyme it makes it so much more exciting and fun to read! It was a good decision to choose a poem book because I don't believe a lot of kids own a poem book!

I love how the poems are all different variety: funny poems, goofy poems, sad poems, meaningful poems,and just plain weird ones. My sister has a copy of Where The Sidewalk Ends but, now I get to brag that I have twelve extra poems. The cover of Where The Sidewalk Ends is really funny but, I do feel bad for the dog and the kids if they fall off. If you get a chance to give out another book please do another Shel Silverstein book because Where the Sidewalk Ends is the only book I know By Shel Silverstien.
