I walked by many houses, an elementary school, kid care, churches, and a park. It would be a good location to have a grocery store since it looked like a family neighborhood. The closes grocery shop I could find was this convenience store. The store had a limited demand, and many items were out of stock. I met some people outside and asked if there were any other grocery stores nearby, and they responded that this was their closes grocery shop. Otherwise, they go further away, closer to downtown, for a more extensive grocery shop. I think a grocery shop would favor many residents in this area and attract more people to move there.

A high wall as a fence surrounded the kid care. It looked small, and I couldn't see that they had that much space for the children to play around outside. The walking distance to Sherwood park was far and could be dangerous for children to walk to. Around the kid-care was a 7-eleven and a bar across the street. Many of the houses looked pretty damaged and had a lot of items or trash just lying around. It had public toilets, a field, and a playground. The neighborhood looks like a family area with parks and schools, but I did not find any cafes or restaurants more than Le Frontera Mexican restaurant.
