You should focus on how the teacher manages the classroom (not what they teach), but you don't necessarily have to focus on behavior interventions. 

Ok I think I understand.  So the first example shows the different types of classroom management that we might observe, correct?

I was talking about the video assignment but it sounds like you are talking about the flipped assignment now. Correct?
