Today, I will tell you about how to use a drill. The function of a drilling machine is to drill holes in various materials, such as metal, wood, or plastic. There are two stages when drilling including preparing to drill and drilling safely. In the first stage, there are seven steps. The First, you should wear safe clothing, eye goggles to protect yourself from flying dust and debris. You never wear loose clothing or dangling jewerly. Next, wear ear protection if you drill regularly. It help you can avoid sound over 100 dB affect your ears. The Third, it is necessary to protect your lungs. You ought to use a respirator when drilling for long periods of time. Then, you must choose the correct drill bit. If you choose the wrong types, sizes or shapes, it will break. Besides, you’d better fit the drill bit firmly into the chuck. In this step, you have to make sure the bit is straight and secure. After that, clamp small pieces together. If you are drilling into a small, loose piece, clamp it down firmly before you drill. The Finally, You ought to handle the cord safely. Never pick up the drill by cord, if you are drilling in a wet or muddy area, use a cordless drill instead. In the second stage, there are five steps. Firstly, drill a pilot hole. The pilot hole will help prevent your drill bit from slipping, and reduces the chance of splitting wood or other damage. Secondly, drill with steady pressure. Hold the drill steady and push it into the material you’re drilling. If it takes more than light force to drill, you’re probably using the wrong bit. Next, adjust the clutch. If you are drilling through hard materials or drilling at high speeds, the drill bit will encounter an immense amount of friction. This can rapidly overheat the bit. To solve this matter, stick to slow speeds and pause occasionally to give the bit a few seconds to cool down. Finally, do not force a jammed bit. If the drill bit gets stuck in the material, don’t try to force it out by running the drill. Unplug the drill, separate the bit and the chuck, and remove the bit using manual tools.

Bobs CNC is the machine tool that I want to review. This is the best CNC router for professionals. There are many featuers outstanding. It have avalible moudulers for upgrapding and run on SG20U support system. It costs about 1200 dollars. The functions of it is constructed in hight quality materials. Also it has some advantages is compatible with all OS, excellnet tool design, powerful engine and provide excellent cusomer. There are a few disadvantages that are time consuming to assemble and do not include software. I think it suits my needs very well. A few minor downsides did not affect my choice much when deciding to buy it because it was perfect for me.
