In 2014, it’s proven that Vhong Navarro was wrongfully accused and was even beaten up badly that he needs to be hospitalized.  Moreover, Navarro won the case of grave coercion in 2018 against the people involved in the 2014 scandal. However, Deniece Cornejo, the person who accused Navarro of rape, was cleared of the perjury in 2020, so it is highly possible that she is also saying the truth. To be honest, I would not be surprised if justice has been paid considering our justice system’s history. My speculation is that Cornejo might be saying some of the truth, maybe it is true that Navarro is guilty of rape, but he might also forced to do it. I also doubt that Navarro is a serial rapists. Vhong has had many previous issues with girls, but this time he stopped to Denise Cornejo, where he was accused of rape in 2014, and after 7 years of investigation, the DOJ issued an arrest warrant for Vhong because they discovered that Vhong was wrong. My question is, why did the court suddenly accept the appeal after long years and solid evidence presented during their trials that sentenced the girl and her accomplice to prison?  I feel like there are a lot of things that is missing and we don't know about. It feels like a lot of parts are missing and we can't have the whole picture. When Vhong Navarro rejected the request of the group of Denice by giving money for moral damage, the group of Denice persuade to file a case for Vhong Navarro. Based on the cctv videos when Vhong Navarro was beated up, Denice was smiling and in her face she doesn't seem harassed and the next scenarios she was with Cedrick Lee kissing in the elevator but in her statement they where only friends  and the next scene was the guys holding Vhong Navarro beat up. Years passed and the case was dismissed because of Denice and  her groups unclear statements that doesn't fit to the scenarios.
