Lincoln High School is one of many other schools who benefit from this program. Currently, LHS has approximately 100 students matched with a TeamMate, with a waiting list of 30 more students yet to be matched.
Students meet one hour per week with a caring adult who serves as a mentor.

THE HUB
The Back on Track program and the High School Support programs are offered within 4 high schools and in partnership with Lincoln Public Schools. The HUB’s staff members take referrals for youth who are in danger of falling behind in credits, are habitually truant, or are facing other barriers that are preventing regular school attendance. The HUB staff will work with youth to help the student reach their educational goals. This program is currently offered in Lincoln High, Southeast, Northeast and North Star High Schools.

4. TRIO - ETS (Educational Talent Search)
The program provides low-income, first-generation students and their families information about college admissions and resources to help students become college-ready. We provide academic, career, and financial counseling to our participants and motivate them to graduate from high school and continue on to and complete their postsecondary education.

5. JOVEN NOBLE
In partnership with El Centro, Joven Noble is offered to our Latino male students. It is a youth leadership development program that supports and guides youth through their “rites of passage” process while focusing on the prevention of substance abuse, teen pregnancy, relationship violence, gang violence and school failure. This program focuses on encouraging the youth to pursue their academic and life goals by providing them with interactions with successful male role models and through educational and practical field trips.
