Feedback using Suggestion Mode with preset codes, using Schoology assessments, quizzes to provide immediate and secure feedback, using GoFormative, EdPuzzle, NearPods to provide formative assessment data, will all help be efficient when assessing all students' progress will be key@

I plan on harnessing the power of Schoology, Google Suite, and other digital tools to put personalized learning at the forefront of my classroom. This won't be something that will occur overnight, but my hope 5-10 years down the road is that my class will be 90% student driven and 10% teacher driven. In order to do this I will be modifying my learning targets a bit (which might shake things up in my PLC a bit), but I envision my students swapping out the verbs in my learning targets based on Bloom's Taxonomy. The higher on Bloom's, the higher the grade. I've been using a hybrid standards-based grading model already with having to put (A,B,C, . .) into campus, but this would lead into it as well. It's a lot to take on, but I'm hoping that front loading will benefit me in the long run with extra time for me to help struggling students by providing intervention time within my class periods

Moonshot goal: To make my course available completely online (college algebra and trigonometry). Instruction, lessons, worksheets, quizzes, projects, tests, the whole shebang.

Through taking online classes this summer (10 of them!) I learned so much about Schoology, digital formative assessments, using twitter, google suite, google innovations, and ways to amplify learning with digital teaching/learning. I am positive that my moonshot idea is not so unreachable now. I can do this. It'll take time to make the course ready but it can be done.
