He was so positive, and so accepting. He watched me run and throw and said I should join the club. Once I joined, I would just do long distance running. However, every week I would see the javelin throwers throwing so far and all being very social. I started watching YouTube clips of professionals and I thought it was such a beautiful sport. I decided I wanted to do that too.
