Units of measurement, like centimeters, meters, grams, and liters, provide standard ways to express these quantities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Length:</p><p>There are heaps of lengths like millimeters, centimeters, meters, kilometers, miles, AU (Astronomical unit) which is 93 million miles or 150 million kilometers.</p><p><br></p><p>Mass/Weight:</p><p> Milligram, gram, kilogram, pounds, gallones, tons.</p><p><br></p><p>Vapper/Gasses:</p><p>To measure gas you need to see what temperature it is. Fahrenheit, Kelvin and Celsius.</p>]]></description>

In other words, measurement is a process of determining how large or small a physical quantity.</p><p><br></p><p><mark>Length:</mark></p><p>Length can be measured in different units like centimeters, inches, meters, or by using a handspan, foot span, etc. The units of measuring length can be classified.</p><p><br></p><p><mark>Width:</mark></p><p>measured at right angles to the length<strong>.</strong> Width measures an object from one side to another.
