In addition, I believe he feels…if you have a job, he expects you to do the job well without the need to micro manage and monitor your every move…in his eyes you are a responsible adult.

Finally, he also often looks for leadership qualities in all the students, and looks for unique avenues for them to demonstrate and to display their skills, talents and wisdom. He appears to generally care for the welfare of each student…and he sometimes remind me of a “big kid…with big dream”.
