         <description><![CDATA[<p>Social media has been in existence for about 20 years. Since then, its user base has been steadily increasing. When social networking was first established in 1997, apps were already available. These apps have not only connected us so that, despite our distance from one another, we can still converse and communicate, but they have also educated us. Now, social media has drawbacks in addition to these benefits. Our emotional and cognitive health are being impacted by social media. It is designed to periodically take over your thoughts and decision-making abilities.</p>]]></description>

One does not reach full mental maturity till they are 25 years old. Everyone utilizes social media, even children as young as ten if you stop to think about it. When it comes to what these children see and hear via social media apps, their brains are still developing. We can now safely say that you will experience both positive and negative mental effects. For instance, you may quickly obtain information on social media about news or information on anything you'd like to learn more about. Additionally, there are falsehoods on social media that should not be shared with children since they may also have negative brain effects. </p>]]></description>

There are several benefits and drawbacks to the content that is being released on social networking apps. One in which a large number of well-known influencers alter their appearance using different Photoshop applications. may present an appearance that is too wonderful to be true. All those viewers who have low self-esteem will be impacted by those impressions. They'll begin to experience emotional distress and depression due to their perceived imperfections in their appearance. Research has indicated that the use of social media has been connected to reduced, disrupted, and delayed sleep—all of which are associated with depression, memory loss, and poor academic achievement. To put it even more bluntly, using social media might affect a person's physical health.</p>]]></description>
