Last month they dove deep into "Video Game Design". The kids chose which area of the field they thought they would have the most interest in. The kids did persuasive writing, character and level design, programming activities, and garage band to compose background music for a game. Once they had a chance to explore all the areas, they re-evaluated which area would be the best fit for them.
